In the case of a real estate sale, can agency fees be charged to the purchaser when there is no search mandate but only a sales mandate?

Agency fees may be charged to the buyer or seller.

If they are charged to the buyer, the ALUR law of March 2014 requires that the real estate advertisements mention the amount inclusive of the fees as a percentage of the price and specify that they are the responsibility of the buyer. Similarly, the mandate signed with the agency must specify from the outset that the costs will be borne by the buyer. Indeed, it is no longer possible to "switch" the fees at the end of the race.
