What happens if we sell our dismembered property (usufruct / bare ownership)? How is the distribution of the prize?

If you decide to sell your dismembered property, the notary calculates the value of the share of the usufructuary according to his age and deduces that of the bare owner. Then at the time of the sale, each will receive the share of the corresponding price.
