Notarial real estate sales with immo-interactif: how does it work?
Before the auction
The notary fixes, in agreement with the seller, the amount of the initial price, estimated in most cases at 75% of the value of the property. It then advertises in the press, on public posters, on the Internet, etc.
During the three weeks preceding the sale, the notary, whose contact details are given on the advertisements, answers all questions from potential buyers. He also informs them of the day and time of the visit to the property.
The day of the auction
After the announcement of the starting price and the amount of ancillary costs payable by the successful bidder, a small wick is lit which marks the start of the auction.
During these auctions, each fuse (or fire) that goes out is replaced by a new one, and so on.
After the extinction of two successive fires, materialized by the smoke which escapes from them, and without any new auction occurring during their combustion, the adjudication is pronounced in favor of the last bidder. The deposit check deposited by the purchaser to bid is immediately cashed. The buyer then has 45 days to pay the full price (if no higher bid has been made within 10 days of the session)

- I am a tenant of my principal residence and owner of my second home. I want to sell it so I can buy a new home that I will assign to my main home. This residence is worth 300.000 €, but I still have 100.000 € of credit to refund. [...]
