Warrant

Agreement through which a person (principal) gives to another person (agent) the authority to draw up on his/her behalf one or more legal acts.

Will

Act by which a person decides how his/her inheritance is to be administered.

Writ of possession

Procedure by which the tribunal of first instance is asked to authorize some individuals designated by law to take possession of the properties or of the properties' portion in the inheritance (estate) of the deceased person that are/is vested in them. The remaining heirs who shall not need to use such procedure to take possession of the assets are referred to as "distrainees ipso jure".
