Credit - Banque de France data - Results at end of February 2023

In February, the CVS flow of new home loans stood at €14.6 bn (€12.2 bn excluding renegotiations). The effective rate in the narrow sense (TESE), i.e. excluding fees and insurance, came out at 2.36%. The annual growth rate of outstanding home loans was +4.8% in February 2023. The growth rate of consumer loans increased slightly in February to +4.0% after +3.9% in January.
