Although having all rights to ask for the payment of an amount of money, the creditors are not all the same.

• The unsecured creditor shall not benefit from any security;
• the mortgage creditor shall benefit from a mortgage right that guarantees him the reimbursement of his debt on the proceeds of the sale of the property which has been mortgaged, in priority over the other creditors.
