Ownership definition
The right of ownership may be split into two different rights:
- on the one hand, the bare ownership which is the right of free disposal of one's property and potentially to modify or suppress it.
- on the other hand, the usufruct is the right to use said property or to receive the benefits thereof, e.g. collecting rents, interests or dividends.
