On October 19, Jean-François Humbert, president of the High Council of the French Notariat, signed with Marc Bombeeck and Philippe Bosseler, co-presidents of the Belgian Notariat, a cooperation agreement for two years.
The two notariats have undertaken to exchange information on their respective projects using information and communication technologies and to work on the establishment of Franco-Belgian continuing education seminars. It will be a question of dealing with the European regulations but also with the legislation of the two countries that the notaries are brought to apply in the context of cross-border files.
Finally, they committed to producing publications on real estate figures together.
