On 4 October, in Sofia, the Bulgarian and French notariats renewed their cooperation agreement on the sidelines of the annual binational symposium.
The agreement covers training, exchange of good practices, experience and information on new national legislation.
The conference dealt with the transfer of missions from magistrates to notaries, the use of new technologies by notaries and compliance with European data protection regulations and finally the registration of land ownership .
