My spouse died a few days after the judgment of the divorce was notified to us. Can I inherit?

Yes, if the time limit for appealing against the decision had not expired on the day of death. The divorce takes effect on the date on which the decision pronouncing it acquires the force of res judicata, which means, no longer subject to appeal.
The time limit for appeal is fifteen days for divorce by mutual consent and one month in the context of contentious divorce proceedings (art. 538 C. pro. Civ.).

On the contrary, if the time limit for appeal had expired on the day of death, the decision having acquired the force of res judicata, the divorce would have produced its effects and you would no longer have been able to inherit. (art. 260-2°, 227, 732 C. Civ. and Cass. Civ. 2nd 18 Dec. 1995).
